Job Description
-Following up with the projects’ time schedule, budget and quality.
-Ability to handle various site obstacles and contractor’s invoices.
-Coordination between consultant’s office and main contractor. Perform office visits to consultant’s office.
-Ability to coordinate between various disciplines (Arch-Civil-MEP)
-Excellent skills in risk management, time management and Site coordination.
-Experience in dealing with government amenities (Electrical-Gas-Plumbing…etc)
Job Requirements
-BSC in Ain shams university or similar government universities. PMP/PRMG is a plus.
-Strong Experience (+15 years) in construction management.
-Proven experience in mixed used buildings (Admin-Commercial-Medical) & site handling for various disciplines (Arch-Civil-MEP).
-Software used: AutoCAD -Primavera - M.S OFFICE
-Experience in dealing with government amenities (Electrical-Gas-Plumbing…etc)
-Strategic planning, strong reporting, and analytical skills.
-Demonstrated high leadership, communication skills, problem solving and decision making.
-Very good Negotiation Skills.
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
