Job Description
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, GFSI standards).
- Develop and implement quality Assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and facilities.
- Perform routine testing and sampling of raw materials and finished products.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality assurance.
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Train employees on food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
- Monitor sanitation processes and pest control measures.
- Maintain documentation related to food safety compliance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging food safety risks.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and minimize defects.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- +2 Experience in food safety and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
