Job Description
- Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations
- Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing high quality artwork.
- Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project.
- Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all
projects. - Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work
- Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or advertising agency
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Expert knowledge in graphic production process
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics a plus
- Strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography
- Broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
