Job Description
Own the visual design for all brand-related content (social media, website, email campaigns, in-store displays, and packaging).
Translate marketing briefs into effective, beautiful visual designs.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to elevate creative storytelling.
Stay current with design trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the retail/e-commerce space.
Manage multiple projects and campaigns under tight deadlines.
Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail, beauty, or fashion e-commerce environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across web, social, and print media.
- Deep understanding of composition, typography, and branding.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand aesthetics at scale.
Preferred:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and e-commerce design.
- Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, or Webflow.
- Photography or photo-retouching skills is a plus.
