Job Description

  • Greet, welcome, direct company’s visitors and announcing them properly
  • Control company main reception area
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Reflect excellent company image
  • Handling difficult or unwanted visitors in a professional way
  • Distributing mail and faxes, messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, faxing etc.

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Bachelor degree in business or any relevant education
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a corporate environment
  • Presentable and punctual
  • Pleasant yet professional
  • Max age is 28 years
  • Excellent communication & customer services skills
  • Fluent English (Spoken & Written) is a MUST!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Qattamya, Maadi, New Cairo, residents are preferred
