Job Description
- Record daily journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments from clients
- Review and reconcile daily expenses with bank statements
- Generate monthly financial reports showing company performance
- Organize and maintain accounting documents, bills, and checks
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and tax reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations
- Work with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
- Support financial audits and internal reviews as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and reports
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management abilities
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
