Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project cost control, contract reviews, and progress payment certificates.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in accounting, with solid expertise in construction and real estate development.
- Full supervision of the accounting department, including preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Strong background in reviewing contracts and progress payment certificates.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
