Core Responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance & Government Relations
• Personnel Files: Ensure 100% complete physical employee files containing all legally required documents
• Social Insurance: Directly manage and oversee all Social Insurance operations, including timely processing of Form 1 (hiring), Form 6 (offboarding), and annual Form 2 (salary declarations).
• Labor Office Filings: Represent the company during unannounced audits by the.
2. Full-Cycle Payroll & Total Rewards
• Payroll Processing: Compile monthly attendance data (overtime, unpaid leaves, late arrivals, deductions) and calculate net salaries, tax brackets, and social insurance deductions.
• Bank Disbursement: Prepare and upload accurate bank transfer files for timely monthly payouts.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee corporate medical/life insurance enrollment, handle claims, and coordinate with partner banks for employee account setups.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Sourcing & Selection: Lead full-cycle recruitment for junior, mid-level, and specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Structured Onboarding: Design and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to lower time-to-productivity for new hires.
Job Requirements
Experience & Education
Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive HR operations and personnel experience in Egypt.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
Credentials (Preferred): HR Certifications
Skills & Technical Knowledge
Languages: Fluent Arabic (essential for government interactions) and strong professional English.
