Job Description
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Conducting competitive analysis, platform analysis, define messaging, target audience, buyer persona, and tone of voice.
- Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand.
- Provide a visual brief for the art section to perfectly visualize ideas.
- Optimizing content using keyword searching tools and SEO guidelines.
- Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.
- Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
- Stay on top of current social media trends and influencers to evaluate how the company can best participate.
- Plan, manage, schedule, and monitor the remote moderation team.
- Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts.
- Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Make a day-to-day report to keep an eye on company campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in GCC area.
- Thorough understanding of various social media platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
- Understanding of SEO, ads, and algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- Understanding of SEO principles and email marketing.
- Background in e-commerce is preferred.
- Copywriting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of Gulf market trends and consumer behavior.
