Job Description
1.Ensure that all employees hiring documents have been submitted to the personal files.
2. Handle all communication with the Social Insurance Office, including forms (1, 6 & 2), and manage all activities related to social insurance issues.
3. Track contract end dates for all staff and faculty members and seek line managers' approvals for contract renewals.
4. Monitor all processes related to annual leave balances.
5. Conduct all procedures related to employee resignations, including exit interviews, clearance, and issuing experience letters.
6. Be responsible for the monthly attendance process and track all types of employee leave balances.
7. Extract various HR reports as requested.
8. Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HR field.
3. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law.
4. Excellent command of MS Office.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Attention to details.
7. Very good command of English language.
