Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a BI Engineer (Google Data Studio) at Blu Mountain. As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data models, designing and developing dashboards, extracting, transforming, and loading data (ETL), and managing data warehousing solutions. Most of our projects are currently spreadsheet related, but we may evolve into SQL over time.
You will work closely with the data team and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional data solutions.
This position requires you to work from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data modeling
- Strong experience in Excel
- Proficiency in Google Data Studio and creating interactive dashboards
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytical techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is desired
