We are looking for an Architect capable of handling all the architectural work, including planning, designing and construction oversight. You will be involved in new building designs, expansions, changes from the earliest stages right through the to completion. Our goal is to match client's needs and create solutions that are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Strong Architectural Background of working on projects in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Creating designs that are adaptable to the demands of the client, the use of the building and the environmental impact.

• Managing design projects from concept development till tender documents submissions.

• Collaborates with teams of experts including managers, building service engineers, construction managers and quantity surveyors.

• Put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

• Work closely with project team to ensure that effective design management methods are followed.

• Responsible for identifying and implementing professional development opportunities for the design team.

• Coordination with applicable codes and ensure that all follow the applicable design standards and specifications to obtain approval on design projects.

• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

• Carries out additional duties related to this role as necessary.
