Job Description
- prepare drawings ranging from schematic design to detailed drawings.
- Gather data and conduct project calculations.
- Uphold the standards of the firm and project objectives, emphasizing excellence in design, implementation, and sustainability.
- Aid in the preparation of contractual documentation, encompassing details, Quantities take-off, drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications according to CSI Master format.
- Contribute to the production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins.
- Execute standard area calculations in accordance with established guidelines.
- Produce passive FLS concepts according to IBC, SBC, and NFPA.
- Coordinate between different disciplines.
- BIM documentation and workflow experience and experience relevant to Saudi Arabia are plus.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel – Word).
- REVIT, CAD and photoshop software knowledge is a must.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Perfect communication skills.
