Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales growth across various channels, including retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, PR, events, and digital marketing, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights, and leverage findings to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage the company's brand identity and image, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to maintain consistency and relevance across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market share, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in marketing roles within the E-commerce industry, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to develop compelling brand stories and campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
