Job Description
- Coordinate and execute security policies and controls as well as assess vulnerabilities within the company.
- Responsible for data and network security processing, security systems management, and security violation investigation.
- Manage backup and security systems, employee training, security planning measures, and recovery of data in disaster situations.
- Implement ISO 27001 Standers.
- Solving the interesting and complex financial cyber-security problems.
- Write high-quality, performant, and reliable code.
- Work independently, and deliver results end to end. Take responsibility for outcomes.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, jump in, and help resolve any type of production incidents.
- Be a team player, understand agile processes, learn, follow, and improve the ways we work.
- Design and build highly scalable and robust systems.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and training to information systems security personnel.
- Reviewing, implementing, updating, and documenting company-wide information security policies and procedures.
- Managing security audits and vulnerability and threat assessments, and directing responses to network or system intrusions.
- Ensuring fulfillment of legal and contractual information security and privacy mandates, including providing executive management with compliance reports and audit findings
- Preventing and detecting intrusion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Communication or similar.
- 8+ years of previous working experience in the same field.
- Proven experience as a security manager or similar position.
- Knowledge in Implementing ISO 27001 Preferred.
- Firewall Security Knowledge is a Must.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Details-oriented with high analytical skills.
- Excellent staff/people and team management skills.
