Job Description
AMAN Holding is hiring Testing Team Manager to Lead Testing Team across the 3 main business Lines (ePayment, Microfinance and Financial Services)
With strong Technical hands-on and Proven Experience in Automation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Test Manager
- Minimum of 4 years of Experience as Automation test manager
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, etc.) and test automation frameworks.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for various types of software applications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
- Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Automation tools and Framework , Jira).
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., financial services)
- Experience in Agile testing
- Strong Team leadership skills
- Ability to Monitor and report test metrics and progress to different level of stakeholders.
