Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and ensure professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, products, and services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the training sector or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the education and technology industries or similar industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRMs software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Full fluency in English.
