Job Description
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
- track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database and ensure products are delivered on time.
- monitor sales goals and encourage the sales team to meet their monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through phone calls, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and answer their queries and negotiate/close deals.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role. Preferably, in the field of light current engineering.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
