Partner & More are looking for Senior Sales Representative for a reputable Fitness & Health Company. The ideal candidate drives company sales by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. They lead less experienced sales representatives and develop sales pipelines to manage sales quotas.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during Chats.
- Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed
- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Response rate in minutes on inbound leads.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Daily reports filled and submitted.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Very good English, Fluent/Native Arabic.
- 5-7 years Experience as a Sales Agent.
- Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry is preferred.
- CRM system knowledge and best practices is a must.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- V. good multitasking skills.
- V. good at MS Office.
