Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic sales professionals to join our sales team and will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and achieving specific sales targets. They will interact with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate technological solutions to meet those needs for computer hardware, and related IT solutions as a system integrator. Additionally, the sales representatives will be required to generate new sales opportunities, expand the customer base, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, provide tailored solutions that meet business objectives.

Job Description:

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients in target industries.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging sales opportunities.
• Cold call, email, and network to create new business leads.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and strengthen sustainable relationships with current customers and expand the customer base through new sales achievements.
• Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up with clients for reviews.
