Job Description
- Handle multiple Tasks and complaints
- Handle clients complaints over the phone along the day
- Carry out software maintenance.
- Work with the Development team, Implementation team, to design solutions of ongoing projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Science.
- 1-3 years of experience working in medical labs.
- Previous experience working on LDM system or any other similar systems. - must be very good at English.
- Well knowledge Operating systems and troubleshooting abilities in Computers issues
- Excellent communication skills.
