Job Description
1. Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the preferred field.
2. Able to design , understand and sort the issues in MEP works independently
3. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
4. Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
5. Should know how to design and draft MEP drawings and submit to UAE team.
6. Calculations such as HAP,ESP, pump head and Hydraulic calculations should be known.
7. Having knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing ,Fire Fighting is a must. 8. Ability to attend meetings and lead drafting team delegating UAE Team with responsibilities. 9. Reviews consultant’s mechanical designs and submittal packages. 10. Good engineering skills to contribute to a variety of projects in the UAE.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience
-Experience in HVAC ,Plumbing and Fire Fighting
-Review and validation of Design,
-specification and IFC
-Capable in HVAC calculations (Duct sizing, ESP, Pump head calculations etc.)
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems within the MEP industry
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools for design and analysis
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and optimize mechanical solutions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment ,Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
