Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior UX Specialist to support our product discovery and consulting projects. You’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, shaping product experiences, and creating deliverables that guide product strategy and interface design. This role involves both UX research and wireframe design—with a focus on early-stage product development and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, desk research).
• Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, and user stories.
• Create interactive wireframes and user flows that reflect strategic product thinking.
• Collaborate with business and research teams to shape product concepts.
