Job Description
- Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
Provide technical and analytical support for process
Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures. - Manage and lead process and quality monitoring teams to achieve desired results.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
- Prepare and issue quality reports required by external and internal customers.
- Calibrate quality-monitoring output between client, operation and the customer satisfaction surveys.
- Responsible for quality monthly targets.
- Responsible for improvement of quality operation quality scores by conducting the needed analysis and set up of needed actions and the follow up on their implementation.
- Integrated management systems, compliance policy and in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ce mark.
- Analyze the development points in existing QA systems and procedures and implement the enhancement plan in a timely manner.
- Monitor project results to determine their compliance to quality standards and identify solutions to eliminate unsatisfactory Performance.
- Manage the auditing process to ensure business continuityImplement and Follow-up corrective actions.
- Ensure that the required ISO programs are applied.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
- Six sigma green belt certified .
- COPC awareness .
- Quality Monitoring or process improvement .
- Good command of English .
- Knowledge of ISO standards.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Knowledge of ERP system.
