Job Description
- participate in showroom hospitality actively to ensure customer satisfaction, and collecting information on potential customers.
- Answer and provide customers with all required info/details about the products related to prices, options, colors, specification and delivery Leadtime enquires.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the pre-aligned time frame.
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Close deals and handle difficult customers as and when needed.
- Use strong product knowledge and familiarity with the company’s marketing department promotion policies to do what it takes to get the deal done.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years related experience in sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
