Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Oversee day-to-day sales operation.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Supervise all the transactions (CRM, Calls, Follow up, site visits, Leads ).
- Support sales agents to achieve their targets.
- Following up on sales team results.
- Support the sales team to close their deals.
- Make daily, and weekly reports.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the real estate field
- 2 years experience in the same position in real estate (a MUST)
- Must Own a Car
- Very Good English and excellent communication skills
- Prefer Glim or Smouha area or Nearby Districts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
