Job Description
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Design and present network and security architectures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, NAC, SD-WAN, wireless LAN, switching, routing).
- Lead technical discussions and presentations for both executive (C-level) and technical audiences.
- Prepare solution proposals, Bill of Quantities (BoQs), architectural diagrams, and scope of work (SOW) documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and contribute to tender documentation and bid processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking and security.
- Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Aruba) and internal delivery/engineering teams to align solution strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presales or solution architecture within the networking and cybersecurity sectors.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, wireless networks, switching, routing, and endpoint protection.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE 4–7, Palo Alto PCNSE, Sophos, CWNP, etc.
- Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and redundant network/security infrastructures.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
