As we continue our nationwide expansion, we are looking for a dynamic field leader to guide our team of Medical Representatives and drive our success in the Alexandria region.
Job Summary:
- The First Line Manager will be primarily responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets. The role involves building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and major pharmacies, and effectively implementing marketing plans to increase the market share of our products within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Provide continuous coaching and training to develop team members' sales and scientific skills.
- Conduct regular joint field visits to provide support and evaluate performance.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective business plans for the territory in line with the company's strategy.
- Analyze sales data, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and track performance against targets.
- Identify market growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Customer & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), major pharmacies, and hospitals in Alexandria.
- Ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of all target customers within the territory.
- Analysis & Planning:
- Gather market and competitor intelligence and provide regular, insightful reports to management.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional plans for our products.
- Effectively manage the territory's budget to maximize return on investment.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Science field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a First Line Manager or equivalent supervisory role.
- Proven experience and a deep understanding of the Alexandria pharmaceutical market.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, management, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
