1. Collaborate with the head of the sales department to develop an annual plan for external sales. Divide the plan into monthly operational plans and then further into weekly visit plans for the work team.
2. Coordinate with the work team to analyze data and conduct an integrated study on the state of market coverage for distributors and governorates. The aim is to reach the largest possible number of wholesalers and retail markets to increase market share.
3. Supervise and follow up with the work team to ensure the implementation of visit plans. The objective is to achieve the annual sales target, build long-term relationships with old customers, and continue to bring in new customers. Also, supervise distributors and ensure their compliance with all agreements and contracts concluded with the company.
4. Participate in the continuous development of the work team to reach the targeted performance in representing the company and appearing appropriately in dealing with major clients.
5. Supervise the work of the display coordinators' team for distributors within the governorates and sales outlets to ensure that the products are displayed correctly and are constantly available.
6. Supervise the database of distributors, customers, and their accounts to ensure the accuracy of the registration and validity of information.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Diploma in sales
- 15 years of experience, including 3 years at the same job level (preferably in the food field)
- Bachelor Degree
