Main Job Duties:
- Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
- Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
- Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
- Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service.
- Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email.
- Bachelor's degree in any university background preferred if business administration and Finance.
- Experience in Real Estate is a must
- Years of experience in the same field: 2-3 years
- Good English Language
- Computer skills required: good MS office skills
- Very Good in Numbers.
- Excellent Communication and analytical.
