Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
  • Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
  • Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
  • Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any university background preferred if business administration and Finance.
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must
  • Years of experience in the same field: 2-3 years
  • Good English Language
  • Computer skills required: good MS office skills
  • Very Good in Numbers.
  • Excellent Communication and analytical.
  • Females only
