We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial aspects of our e-commerce operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial statements using Odoo.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial information to company leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
• Process tax payments
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
