Job Description
- Manage Receiving the faulty devices from customer service and check the documents and misuse and decide the needed action (repair, reject, DAP).
- Manage repair Process and follow the instructions given by supplier, Technical support Manager, After sales & Service Manager.
- Order needed parts or new devices for the repair from warehouse.
- Follow all instructions of finance and warehouse regarding the new parts and devices used in the process.
- Review all documents for the repair and used parts or devices from warehouse.
- Manage Quality process must done for the repaired devices and fill the needed documents.
- Attend to all service training and pass all needed tests and certificates.
- Train other technicians if needed.
- Upload claims of repaired and swapped devices to the supplier.
- Report complaints and Cases to Supplier.
- Contact Supplier in the Technical issues.
- Manage the Lab and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering – Electronics and telecommunications
- 0 – 3 years experience in mobile field preferably
- Fluent English (oral/reading/Written).
- Excellent in MS Office

- Job Type: Full time. Working Hours 9:00 am. – 5:00 pm. Friday off.
