Job Description
- To register Third party vehicle damage claims with appropriate reserves.
- To identify and flag potential frauds for further investigations.
- To monitor and achieve the target TATs in recoveries for following key process
- Respond to notifications received from Third Party Insurers.
- Examine & Settle all TPI claims received within TAT
- Booking of all Claims Recovered from TPI within TAT
- Follow up with Third Party insurance companies.
- To Manage regular monthly/quarterly Exchange with insurance Companies.
- To Liaise with different Departments such Legal, Finance, Motor Assessment and Motor Settlement to solve claim related issues.
- Managing Rejected, Legal and Personal Recovery Claims.
Job Requirements
- Communication skills – Good Telephone etiquette, Email Communication skills.
- Ability to go extra mile in clearing outstanding recoveries from TP Insurance Companies.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to develop rapport with TP Insurance companies to achieve target recovery ratios.
- Time Management especially dealing with big volumes of claims.
- High Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.( Insurance qualification an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor claims department
- Motor claim recovery experience in UAE market – Mandatory (this can be waived if the candidate is very good in all other aspects with motor claims experience.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel.
