Job Description
We are hiring a responsible and proactive Delivery Team Leader to manage and oversee our team of delivery representatives. The ideal candidate will be in charge of assigning daily delivery routes, tracking performance, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the delivery team on a daily basis.
Plan and assign delivery routes and tasks based on location and priority.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
Monitor drivers’ performance and provide feedback or guidance as needed.
Handle any issues or delays and report them to management.
Maintain records of deliveries, attendance, and route performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery operations or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of city routes and traffic patterns.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Basic computer or mobile app skills for tracking and reporting.
