Key Responsibilities:

PR:

• Representing the association in exhibitions and conferences and serving as a spokesperson
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
• Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing team for Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
• Prepare and submit PR reports
• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
• Building a great connection and daily Follow up, with foreign partners, such as NGOs, embassies, and different entities
• Visiting various embassies and ministries… etc
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and onsite.
• Assist in all day-to-day management of the related tasks
