Job Description
- Review technical material submittals, QS, Invoices, Shop Drawings, and any related project documents.
- Attend progress meetings, discuss, and suggest technical proposals.
- Review contractors invoices and consultant.
- Follow-up with subcontractors and consultant during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.
- Maintain organized and detailed project records.
- Participate in implementing technical office and construction policies and procedures.
- Study and revise requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc..).
- Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements with construction personnel.
- Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables.
Job Requirements
- +15 years of experience in construction projects.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Fluent English written & spoken.
- Proficient user of MS office and CAD.
- Based in North Coast.
