We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic remote team. As an Account Executive at BorderlessHR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, nurture relationships with prospects, and convert them into satisfied clients.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Research & Prospecting: Identify potential clients in Canada, the US, and Europe using a variety of sales tools, market research, and prospecting techniques.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their recruitment and HR needs, assessing their interest in BorderlessHR’s services.
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate contact through multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media, to generate interest and set up meetings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and product demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- High-Volume Outreach: Make an average of 70-75 calls per day to prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and prospect details in our CRM system.
- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to continuously refine sales strategies, messaging, and techniques.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in recruitment or HR services).
- English fluency is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone and email manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
