Leading Technical Engineer

1.  To carry out all orders of the technical director of their activities.

2. Organize and participate in the approval of technical specifications and design drawings for new coaches and components with customers.

3. Ensure compliance of new and upgraded structures with technical specifications, ENR standards, requirements of rational organization and labor protection, safety standards.

4. To ensure the preparation of technical justifications for the effectiveness of new design developments, their advantages in comparison with previously manufactured ones.

5. To organize the development, approval and protection before the customer in accordance with the established procedure of draft, technical projects and working design documentation with the participation of design engineers.

6. Participate in the manufacture of prototypes of new coaches, their testing, the manufacture of the first batch and the release of the first industrial series, achieving continuous improvement in the quality and reliability of products, their level of manufacturability, environmental friendliness, cost reduction, labor intensity and material intensity. 

7. Organization of quality control over the manufacture of products and their experimental operation. 

8. Take measures to accelerate promising design developments, the latest materials, and the widespread introduction of scientific and technical achievements.

9. Increase the level of unification and certification of developed product samples. 

10. Ensure timely preparation, coordination and approval of drawings and other technical documentation developed by the company's design departments. 

11. Organize storage in accordance with the applicable rules, reproduction and timely provision of drawings and other technical documentation to the customer and suppliers.

12. Take measures to reduce the time required for the development of new equipment, cost and pre-production cycle.

13. To ensure the organization of scientific research and experimental work carried out at the stages of testing prototypes of products and during operation.

14. Organize the participation of the company's specialists, development subcontractors, as well as equipment developers during the installation, testing and commissioning of new product samples in Egypt.

15. Organize the participation of the company's employees in the development of proposals for reconstruction and technical re-equipment for the customer.

16. To review and give feedback and conclusions on the most complex technical issues received by the company from third-party organizations.

To organize professional development work for other employees of the department of workers engaged in project preparation of production.

17. Organize and participate in business technical negotiations with the customer and accept on negotiation protocols.

18. Conduct business correspondence between the company and the customer.

19. Participate in technical commissions at the warehouse.

20. Technical installation of products at the company's manufacturing plants.

21. Prepare requests to the customer and the company's enterprises to coordinate technical solutions and achieve positive results in the interests of the company.

22. Organize a meeting and reception of delegations with the preparation of agendas and lists of issues for discussion.

23. Prepare drafts of technical and business documents at the command of the technical director.

24. Participate in inspections and audits of the company's enterprises and suppliers of components.

25. To assist the management of the service in solving complex technical issues to improve the design of buses.

26. Prepare presentation materials and technical documentation by order of the technical director.
