Required Duties:
Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
Follow call scripts and instructions.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Provide marketing pitches for the organization's products and services whenever possible.
Build sustainable relationships with customers by obtaining additional information (such as email or other phone numbers).
Maintain records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable manner.
Attend ongoing educational training to improve service levels and performance.
Follow up on procedures to achieve the customer service department's objectives.
Practice a well-groomed and obedient personality.
