Job Description
We are looking for a Public Relations Specialist (PR Offline Relations) to build and manage strong partnerships with universities, student activities, tech companies, and recruitment firms. Your role will focus on representing the company at events and developing strategic collaborations that support business growth and create more opportunities for our trainees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, students activities and arrange events/activities.
- Collaborate with student activities and academic clubs to promote training programs.
- Build connections with IT, Cloud, and Data Science companies to open doors for cooperation and employment.
- Partner with recruitment agencies to connect graduates with job opportunities.
- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Organize and deliver workshops, info sessions, and on-campus activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on partnerships, events, and outreach results.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Preferably has a background or prior study/experience in Information Technology (IT).
- 0–2 years of experience in public relations, partnerships, or student activities.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing and professional personality with the ability to build sustainable relationships.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events.
- Previous experience working with universities or student activities is a strong plus
