We’re on a mission to expand our market presence locally and internationally, and we’re looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Manager to lead that growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Identify new market opportunities, locally and internationally (retailers, distributors, online platforms, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fashion retailers, and export partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position our brand effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on customer needs and product innovation.
- Manage and expand our presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and fashion fairs.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in fashion, accessories, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of online business models (e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, digital sales funnels).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English.
