Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating end-to-end product opportunities by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements, research, and findings.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Business, Marketing, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and author detailed product requirements.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics related to the product.
- Working with data team to analyze product behavior data from different perspectives.
- Drive product and feature launches and communication with customers and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on Walaplus products and services.
- Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product internally and externally.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as product manager 3-6 years including leading other product managers or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in breaking down complex problems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.).
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in different industries and fields.
- Experience collaborating with User Experience Research (UXR) on user studies.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a deep passion for product excellence and user satisfaction.
- Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, SQL, Tableau or equivalent.
- Shipped a product or a feature to a large user base.
