Job Description
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using the PHP Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with senior developers and team members to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and implement suggested improvements.
- Help optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and handling data migration and management tasks.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest PHP and Laravel developments, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Solid understanding of PHP programming fundamentals and web development principles.
- Familiarity with the Laravel framework and its concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of standard frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., jQuery).
- Basic understanding of database management systems, including SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn from and collaborate with senior developers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
