Job Description
-Manage the IT System and Service Desk Teams by coordinating internal staff, consulting resources, and outside vendors.
-Research new IT technologies to determine feasibility and impact
Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades.
-Maintain data security and confidentiality
-Conduct regular audits of computer systems, vendors, and other external resources
-Establish and manage IT System and Service Desk policies and procedures
-Research potential IT vendor alternatives, propose solutions, and manage contract negotiations.
-Creating reports, documents and manuals as needed.
-Train System and Service Desk staff on new technologies.
Job Requirements
-Strong AD, Azure, MS Exchange Knowledge.
-Strong System operation experience.
-Strong Client server understanding
-Strong Knowledge with SQL server environment
-MCSE is a must
-VMware Certified Associate – Data Center Virtualization is a must
-MCDBA is a plus
