Job Description
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills
Very Good to Excellent English.
Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels
(night and midnight shifts are work from home)
1-3 years of experience and understanding of operations & logistics business.
Previous experience in a similar position related to customer support/care.
