Job Description
Excelling best practices in performing and observing chemical tests of patient’s specimens and correctly records all results with professional operating practices of laboratory equipment , Sample Processing and Quality control of machines.
- Analyze the requested samples “urine”, “stool” or “semen”
- Prepare the specific stains and cultures media.
- Perform culturing , biochemical reactions and sensitivity tests comply with examined sample.
- Ensure Quality Control, Assurance and Archiving of Lab. Materials, media , Antibiotics and stained films.
- Perform Serology tests for examined blood serum to investigate the response of the immune system to pathogens or introduced substances, then write and record the concluded results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from a reputable universit
- Diploma in Biochemistry or Microbiology from certified university from MOH
- 1 - 3 years as Laboratory Chemist from a reputable health care facility.
- With broad knowledge in theories and practices of specialization included but not limited to rules and regulations governing Laboratory management. Expertise in good dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality
