Job Description
- Carry out phased inspections as required.
- Ensure that completed works are offered for inspection/approval.
- Attend all required site tests and insure that it is compliance with appropriate specifications.
- Carry out materials inspections when delivered to ensure they comply with the various specifications.
- Review all measuring and test equipment on site and ensuring that it is properly calibrated.
- Issue non-conforming reports for defected products or workmanship, and follow up the required corrective and preventive actions.
- Carry the close-out activities inspections of the project and maintain a smooth hand-over.
- Ensure that the required testing is undertaken by approved independent laboratories.
- Update the project snagging lists and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil / Architecture).
- 6 - 8 years of Experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
