Job Description

  • Attracting new customers through segmentation, exhibition & networking, and market on-going research & intelligence.
  • Manage active and inactive accounts through preparation of sales plan ref. assigned quota per each account.
  • Follow up daily/weekly target per customer.
  • Prepare visits plan with Agenda for each account starting every month.
  • Follow up closely the development plan at any glass processor into the area.
  • Provide technical support when needed for any prospect or customer
  • Develop and widen the network at each account uploading that data on CRM
  • Submit any required agreement and/or (other tasks) on ERP/CRM
  • Track the moves from competitors at each account.
  • Manage customers’ claims, collect necessary data about the complaint, do necessary investigation physical or remotely and report the final result with recommendation to the industrial head.
  • Follow up financial position/account statement for each account regularly
  • Handling necessary justified exceptions when urgently needed
  • Preparing any required credit proposed upgrade
  • Handling any credit issue with any customer submitting recommended solutions when needed
  • Commercially Evaluate the periodical financial performance for each account.
  • Weekly follow up /monthly closing sales report for each sales area
  • Market updates on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Upgrading SOW per account on monthly basis
  • Weekly/ monthly prices analysis
  • Justification & action plan for each account that deviated from the sales plan
  • Prepare sales plan ref. assigned quota per each account.Preferred Bachelor of Engineering or Science Major Chemistry

 

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor of Engineering or Science Major Chemistry.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales or marketing preferred same industry.
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled ERP user.
  • Excellent MS Office user.
