Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests.
- Directing visitors to the dedicated person and department.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily correspondence /deliveries.
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Responsible of meeting rooms reservations.
- Updating calendars and meetings schedule.
- Managing and monitoring office boys daily duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or any relevant experience.
- Very Good English language
- Excellent Communication Skills
