Job Description
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc sales performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales forecasting models.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
